Your Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN) is a unique 13 to 20 digit number that identifies your electricity supply point in Ireland. You can typically find it on your electricity bill, on your previous top-up receipt, or on your prepaid meter top-up card. For smart meters, it might also be displayed on the meter screen. In most cases, credit applied through our online top-up system is sent to your meter almost instantly. However, depending on network conditions and your meter type, it can sometimes take up to 30 minutes. If you've waited longer than this and your credit hasn't appeared, please check your receipt and contact our support team with your transaction details.
